Cute little restaurant with open air dining at tables or a counter. There are 2 free standing buildings; one is the kitchen, the other is restrooms for guests. There's a bit of landscaping between dining tables, and a chess set behind the kitchen. Originally designed to be a business, but it works un-owned as well. Remember to lock the kitchen access door and the kitchen bathroom. Inside the kitchen is also a staff area with a television, bookcase and a couch

Saw on TV these little huts on the ice in places like Alaska where people go to fish in winter. They drill a hole in the ice inside the cabin. Thought it would be great to have it in game with the snow from seasons everywhere and my sims dressed in parka's fishing in the cabin. Only when I finished building it did I remember that the ponds freeze over in winter, and thus my sims won't be able to fish. I'm still using it though.

There are 4 fishing cabins with a chair or couch in it. The fifth cabin is a little chess nook. The sixth building in the old caretaker's cottage that has been renovated and converted into a self-serve unit. There's a cozy living area with a hearth. a kitchen and ample dining space.

This is built on a 2 x 3 sized lot. As a business it'll cost $60 931.
