Just put this one in to keep the numbers flowing. It's part of my Aspiration Reward contribution. I made it for the December Winter Wonder set. Get it here.
 

Simple Lane 5

This house is based on a beach home - hence the boardwalk look ;-) .

Nightlife and Open for Business needed. Built on a 2x3 lot. Only one livable level. 2 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open kitchen, dining- and living room and a little laundry. It also has some landscaping. It comes furnished for §43 297.

CC included is a Dining table recolour, a dryer, washer and cupboard by Atgnat.

Nightlife and Open for Business needed. Built on a 2x3 lot. Only one livable level. 1 Bedroom, 1 bathroom, open kitchen, dining- and living room. There's an empty room that can be a study, extra bedroom or as an activity room for Free Time hobbies! The lot also has some landscaping. It comes furnished for §41 297.
